Yes. PunchOut Central is designed to make supported buyer setup simple from the dashboard. Our team also provides standard integration support at no extra charge when you need guidance.
Standard Integration includes support to connect Shopify with PunchOut Central, configure supported buyer settings and mappings, test the PunchOut flow and guide you through go-live. Work that requires new customer-specific code, custom ERP development or non-standard workflows is scoped separately.
One production procurement connection between an enterprise buyer and your commerce environment. If a buyer has multiple separate production environments, those may count as separate connections.
PunchOut Central launches with cXML and OCI support, based on implementation experience already used in real procurement workflows.
Yes. Supported purchase orders can be received and used to create the corresponding ecommerce order automatically.
Yes. Supported invoice workflows can be connected back into the procurement process.
Shopify is the first standard ecommerce connector for PunchOut Central. Additional commerce platforms will be added as they are formally supported, while larger custom requirements can be scoped through Enterprise or Professional Services.
Yes. Catalog setup, store development, custom mappings and related integration work can be provided separately as professional services.
Yes. Customer-hosted, dedicated and private deployment requirements are handled through the Enterprise offering.
ASN and advanced shipping workflows are planned for a later product phase. If ASN is required for your current project, talk to our team so we can evaluate the implementation requirements.
