Custom ecommerce technology & automation

Have an idea? Let’s build it.

What would change if the system your business actually needs finally existed?

Whether you want to connect ecommerce with internal systems, remove repetitive work, build a SaaS product or add practical AI to a workflow, Swishtag can take the idea from business problem to a working, documented system.

No technical specification required. Build the rocket while you think about the idea.

Start with what is not working

Is your team adapting to the software instead of the software adapting to the business?

When workarounds become the workflow, adding another app rarely fixes the real problem. Sometimes the better move is to design the missing system around how the business actually needs to operate.

01 · Manual workThe same information keeps getting copied, checked and re-entered.
02 · Disconnected systemsYour ecommerce, ERP, CRM, suppliers or internal tools still depend on people to bridge the gaps.
03 · Software mismatchOff-the-shelf tools are forcing the business into a workflow that no longer fits.

What if the system was built around your operation instead?

What we can build

Not “anything.” Business technology with a clear job to do.

We stay focused on ecommerce technology, integrations, business automation, SaaS, internal platforms and practical AI.

01

Ecommerce Technology

Customer portals, B2B workflows, marketplaces, multi-store systems and custom commerce experiences.

02

Business Automation

Replace repeated data entry, manual approvals, spreadsheet handoffs and status chasing with connected workflows.

03

System Integrations

Connect ecommerce, ERP, CRM, accounting, suppliers, fulfillment, payments and internal systems through APIs or middleware.

04

SaaS Platforms

Turn a repeatable business process or commercial idea into software with user roles, workflows, administration and a roadmap for scale.

05

AI-Enabled Workflows

Use AI where it earns its place: document processing, assistance, data extraction, classification, search or decision support.

06

Internal Platforms & Middleware

Build the missing software layer between teams and tools when existing products cannot support the operational workflow.

Discovery before development

You don’t need a technical specification. You do need a clear problem.

Before expensive development starts, we turn the business goal into a structured requirement document, phases, assumptions, dependencies and acceptance criteria.

From idea to working system

One process. No coding before the problem makes sense.

You stay involved in business decisions. Swishtag handles the technical planning, product work, project management, QA and delivery.

01

Understand

Goals, users, workflow and the problem worth solving.

02

Define

Requirements, acceptance criteria and dependencies.

03

Plan

Architecture, phases, timeline, milestones and cost.

04

Build

UX, engineering, integrations and automation.

05

Test

Functional QA, integration testing and UAT.

06

Launch

Production deployment and stabilization.

07

Hand over

Documentation, access, training and ownership package.

Build what matters first

Would building less first make the idea safer?

A useful first phase is usually stronger than an oversized “MVP” carrying every feature imaginable. We split the roadmap around value, risk and what needs to be proven.

Phase 01

Core system

Build the smallest complete version that solves the primary business problem.

Phase 02

Automation

Remove repetitive work after the core workflow is stable and understood.

Phase 03

Integrations

Connect the platforms, partners and data sources the system genuinely needs.

Phase 04

Scale & intelligence

Add advanced workflows, reporting or AI when the extra value is clear.

Risk

Next review

Project visibility

You shouldn’t be wondering what your development team is doing.

We agree the reporting rhythm before development starts. Projects can include weekly progress updates plus milestone reviews covering completed work, current work, next decisions, blockers and timeline health.

Turnkey delivery

One team. From business idea to production.

Instead of coordinating strategy, UX, development, integrations, QA and launch across separate vendors, you work with one accountable Swishtag team from discovery through handover.

Handover

We hand over a working system, not a pile of code.

The exact package depends on the project, but your team should understand what was built, how to operate it and what happens after launch.

Complex B2B connectivity made manageable.

A focused software layer designed around procurement connections and connected commerce.

Frequently asked questions

Before you bring us the idea.

Start with the business problem. We will help turn it into requirements, phases and a practical development path.

Do I need a technical specification first?

No. Start with the business problem, workflow or idea. We can help translate it into requirements, phases, architecture and a development plan before the build is approved.

Can you work with an existing platform or MVP?

Yes. A project can begin from an idea, a manual process, an MVP or a live platform that needs integrations, automation, rebuilding or additional modules.

Will you give a fixed timeline and price immediately?

Not responsibly for an unclear project. Once requirements, dependencies, risks and phases are understood, we can propose the appropriate commercial model and provide a development plan with timeline and cost.

Do you use AI in every project?

No. AI should solve a real problem. If a simpler API, rules engine or workflow automation is more reliable and economical, that is often the better answer.

How do project updates work?

Before kickoff we agree a reporting rhythm. Depending on project size, this can include weekly progress reporting and milestone reviews covering completed work, current work, next steps, decisions and risks.

What happens after launch?

The agreed delivery can include production deployment, stabilization, documentation, training and handover. Ongoing support or continuous development can then be arranged separately.

Discuss your idea

Still living in your head?

Tell us what is happening in the business today and what you wish happened instead. We can start there.

If the project looks like a fit, the next step is to understand the workflow, define requirements and map the development path before coding begins.

No technical specification required. For larger or unclear projects, a dedicated Solution Blueprint may be recommended before development pricing is finalized.
